You just want your child to feel calm, confident, and like themselves again..
But lately, the tantrums, worries, rituals, or big emotions feel overwhelming—for both of you. Maybe your child is struggling with anxiety, showing signs of neurodivergence, having trouble with transitions, acting out at home or school, or becoming easily frustrated. You've tried all the tools, but nothing seems to stick.
At The Garden, Child & Family Therapy Center, we specialize in helping children and teens navigate anxiety, depression, and life’s big changes—like divorce, school moves, or shifting friendships. Therapy here with us isn’t about “fixing” your child—it’s about equipping them (and you!) with tools that actually work in the real world.
We work with children as young as three using play-based therapy, exposure-based strategies (for OCD/phobias), emotion regulation tools, and parent coaching to create meaningful, lasting change. For our youngest clients and their parents we offer PCIT (Parent Child Interaction Therapy) where we are working with and coaching YOU as the parent while you interact with your child, in your home. For teens, therapy is a safe space to explore anxiety, stress, identity, relationships, and the pressure to have it all figured out. We meet them where they are—with warmth, compassion, and clinical expertise.
Because when a child or teen feels safe and understood, real growth begins.
Let’s plant the seeds for a calmer, more connected future—together.
So how are you going to help my child?

Hi there! I’m Kelsey, founder and clinical director of The Garden.
For over a decade, I’ve worked with children and families, helping them navigate life’s challenges with confidence and care. Growing up in Santa Clarita and working with its youth—from my early days at We Rock the Spectrum to my time as an educator, I saw firsthand how badly kiddos need a safe space to process big emotions. That’s why I created The Garden. With expertise in anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, grief, autism, and trauma, I offer therapy that helps children and families grow, heal, and thrive together.
